The new regulation aims to significantly improve the protection of the personal data of EU citizens and to make businesses and public authorities subject to stricter requirements regarding the collection and processing of personal data. The GDPR will be published on 25. This will enter into force on 1 May 2018. The Regulation incorporates many of the requirements of the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive with regard to data protection and security or further development. In addition, several new provisions have been added, which strengthen the rights of data subjects and provide for more severe sanctions for violations.\n\nWhenever a data subject is about to provide personal data, data controllers (usually a company) must ensure that the data subject has given his\/her prior consent. The GDPR also redefines the disclosure standards for obtaining consent. These must be expressed &amp; voluntarily, for the specific case, in an informed and unambiguous manner\u201d;. The persons responsible must address the data subjects in a \u201cclear and simple\u201d; legal language which &amp; must be clearly distinguished from the other facts\u201d;. Those responsible must also provide evidence that their processes are compliant with the rules and are always followed. A legt\u00f6bb esetben nem sz\u00e1m\u00edthat fel d\u00edjat az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9rt, kiv\u00e9ve, ha bizony\u00edtani tudja, hogy az ezzel j\u00e1r\u00f3 k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek t\u00falzottak. Jelent\u0151sen v\u00e1ltozik az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k\u00e9r\u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak hat\u00e1rideje is. A jelenleg alkalmazand\u00f3 40 napos hat\u00e1rid\u0151 jelent\u0151sen ler\u00f6vid\u00fcl. Bizonyos esetekben a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok megtagadhatj\u00e1k az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k\u00e9r\u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1t, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul ha a k\u00e9relem nyilv\u00e1nval\u00f3an megalapozatlannak vagy \u00e9sszer\u0171tlennek min\u0151s\u00fcl.
